As the founder and leader of the practice, Lüther’s focus is on delivering high-quality, personalised care that empowers clients to overcome mental health challenges. With a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health, he employs evidence-based techniques to support his clients on their journey to psychological resilience.
Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your feelings, gain insights, and find healing. We believe in the power of facing difficult personal experiences in a supportive setting, enabling individuals to grow into psychologically resilient beings capable of living purposeful lives.
At our practice, we focus on decreasing distress and increasing psychological flexibility. By enabling clients to use their cognitive systems to modulate affective reactions, we help foster meaningful relationships and purpose-driven lives. Our approach addresses thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, helping clients engage with the present moment, accept negative experiences, and commit to actions that align with their true selves.
Our counsellor is actively involved in the community as the Vice Chair of the Community Intervention Centre, a non-profit organisation in partnership with SAPS and the Kolisi Foundation. This organisation provides trauma support services to the broader community. Our counsellor's research on the psychological and existential implications of cyberspace has been featured at the Psychological Society of South Africa's 2023 annual conference and on the Expresso Morning Show.
